My product arrived damaged
In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged, please notify us immediately. All damage/defect claims must be filed with photos to our Customer Service Department within 2 days of the receipt of your order. No exception can be made as delivery companies deem items as delivered in good condition regardless of personal circumstances.
Some damage may be hidden even if the packaging looks in good condition. Do not delay, inspect all items immediately.

How do I file a warranty claim?
Our products go through a multiple inspection process prior to leaving the factory floor. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will fix it or replace it at no cost to you. All claims must be filled at the original place of purchase.

Product Care
General Guide
All spills should be treated promptly for best results and ease of removal. Most spills can be cleaned by gently lifting the spill with a paper towel, or a clean, dry, absorbent cloth. The use of a paper towel, or clean, dry, absorbent cloth alone may not completely remove the spill.
Note that pile fabrics may require that the entire panel be cleaned in a seam-to-seam fashion in order to restore the overall appearance of the fabric. Excessive spills may require a consultation with a professional upholstery cleaning company.

Basic Care
For everyday dust and dirt, a vacuum works best (with an upholstery attachment if you have one). You can also use a gentile brush or non-abrasive cloth.
Liquid Stains
Stains, wine, coffee, milk, blood, soda, beer, urine, tea, juices.
MIX - Use water-based soap mixture that combines 1 tablespoon of a liquid detergent such as Tide with 16oz of lukewarm water.
BLOT- Dampen the cleaning cloth in the mixture and gently blot the soiled area. Avoid rubbing the affected are aggressively.
RINSE- Rinse the area with a clean damp cloth to ensure that all of the soap residue has been removed.
Non-Liquid Spills
Ketchup, ice cream, chocolate, salsa, mud, jelly, nacho cheese
The removal of dried non-liquid spills may require the use of a soft brush or butter knife on the affected area before following with wet treatment.
