Shipping Policy

Most shipments are delivered within 5-10 business days. Due to current logistics challenges, shipments to certain areas may take longer than usual. In the event of a shipping delay, our customer service representative will contact you. Due to pandemic, deliveries are limited to curbside deliveries only. No in-home delivery is available at this time.

Damage Policy

In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged, please notify us immediately. All damage/defect claims must be filed with photos to our Customer Service Department within 2 days of the receipt of your order. No exception can be made as delivery companies deem items as delivered in good condition regardless of personal circumstances. 

Some damage may be hidden even if the packaging looks in good condition. Do not delay, inspect all items immediately.
